My brother Kevin got promoted to JC 2, thank God. Thought he was going to get retained after getting crap results in his promos. Apparently, everyone else in IJC (Innova JC) got equally crap results also - that's why he got promoted. Otherwise wonder how big (small?) would be next year's JC 2 cohort.
And... the UPSR results came out today too - the Malaysian equivalent of PSLE (Primary 6).
My sister Joy got 5A 2B.... really happy for her she did so well. She'll get RM200 for every A she got by the school... so yup, a 1000 bucks for her. And I can hear over the phone my parents are very proud of her too. The Malaysian system is kinda different from Singapore... in that there's no A*... yah so the best grade is an A. Wonder which subjects were her 2 B's in? Mummy said it's within top 10% of the national cohort, so great job!
As for eldest brother Will, he slept in the whole day and had seafood platter with Jason and Gary.
