Taipei 101 again - we went up the observatory on Tuesday afternoon after going there the day before to find that the observatory is closed on Mondays. T101 is built to resemble a (strudy) bamboo, and there's a great shopping centre (!) from the 1st to 5th floors as well. And, you'll notice that the advertisments and quite a substantial number of ppl in Taiwan write the date as 94.2.7 (that's today), and not 2005.2.7. That's because 1911 is taken as Year 1 - the year when Sun Yat-sen "founded" modern China.. quite interesting heh?
