Ximending is, I quote again, from LP Taiwan, "the epicentre of Japanese youth culture in TPE".. Throughout the trip (and this applies to HK as well), I get the feeling that there's a lot to see (the neon lights and all), but there's actually very little I want to buy. No point forcing yourself to buy something when you don't see anything that catches your fancy right? That'd be compulsive shopping.
