Cold. Wet. Rainy day today.
Had cc's surprise party yesterday... but before we left for jess' place (that's where the party was held), justin's car chose to break down right in front of my place. so ruby had to drive over to pick up, and justin left his car at my place. Came back at about 10.30pm, and his car still couldn't start. so there we were, trying to fix the car with a jump-start cable... and it was cold and very windy. i went into my room to fetch the torchlight, but as I switched on the room lights, the bulb went like, dead. short-circuit. heh. so i was left in darkness for the entire night. luckily i settled my tutorials for today already. anyway, we managed to get justin's car started again... so yeah. good.
jeremy drove me back in his (newly bought) car today... must say it was quite a bargain, a Suzuki Swift '93 for only $2000. Haha. i wish i had a car too.. but not likely to buy one in the near future. think about the amount of paper i can photostat with $2000.
should be back to my readings. got history + polit sci tute tmrw... still haven't really started on them yet. and btw, the 2-week non-teaching study break begins from 20 sept to 5 october... so yeah. :)
